The AIBUILD Christmas Activities call together every staff, leaving working pressure behind during the holiday. Organizing amusing activities, exchanging Christmas gifts, sharing food and desserts, and enjoying the relaxing and pleasant annual event. During the event, everyone engaged in the activities about lyrics guessing, passing on drawing, gesture guessing, and guessing a dish based on the emoji. Introducing new and existing employees to each other, but also gaining a new understanding of colleagues around them.

Everyone left the tight nerves, and caution at work, immersed in the fun of the event. These activities enhanced mutual understanding among employees, let employees tolerate and trust each other, let new and old employees get acquainted with each other, close the relationship, and let individuals form a closer whole.

The team activities motivate everyone to ‘work’ together, develop their strengths, and address any weaknesses. From a new way, to get to know each other, find tacit understanding, and be able to cooperate better in 2023.
